In this phase, it’s all about taking the distinct components of your song and getting them to work together in a balanced combination and then applying the final polish that will give you that commercial, radio-ready sound. What most individuals tend to ignore, however, is that getting a great sounding mix starts with a solid foundation. Before you send it out to get mixed, make sure you have produced and recorded the best possible material while maintaining high quality.

VOCALS

Are you a producer looking for someone to mix your instrumentals? Look no further. We’ll be glad to mix your music for you.

HOW OUR MIXING AND MASTERING SERVICE WORKS

  • Export your mix leaving all plugins on and save it in a folder and rename that file as reference mix.
  • Remove all EQ’s, Compression and whatever processing you used on the track and export your session as individual audio files (Stems). If you don’t know how to do that, please refer to youtube and search for tutorials regarding how to export stems of your song.
  • Please make sure the channels don’t clip. If needed trim the faders down to appropriate level.
  • Export your files and put them in the folder along with the reference mix in step 1.
  • Compress the folder into a .zip file, use We-transfer or any similar service to send us the files.
  • Within 7-10 business days you’ll receive your mixed/mastered file.
  • If you want changes to the sound send us a list of corrections and we’ll be happy to correct them.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: Project plan and layout

In order to deliver to the best of our ability, it is necessary for us to know all the details of concerned project. The Project will cover all required fields that are essential for us to know. Further details will then be discussed over call to better understand the project requirements.

STEP 3: Fees and Payment

After discussing project details, you will be required to make an advance payment of 50% of total amount. We will begin to work on the project as soon as payment is received.

STEP 5: Delivery

We will then share with you the final production. We try to deliver in as less time as possible but the delivery duration depends on various factors such as availability of musicians and volume of work. Usually the entire process takes approximately one to two weeks.

STEP 2: Send us your files

Feel free to share any reference material or idea that you would like us to follow. This will help us better cater to your needs.

STEP 4: Revisions and Corrections

After production of the first draft, the same will be shared with you. We will then focus on any revisions or corrections that you require and work on discussed points to make sure you are satisfied with the production.

PAYMENT

We require a 50% deposit in advance to start on most projects. Smaller projects are paid in full. Tariffs are determined by project scope and accessibility. Since every project is different, we usually make a custom quote after considering all the activities and work that the project demands. This enables us to provide you with the best possible rates and we can work with most budgets, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Guarantee:

At Parallax productions, our services are proven and guaranteed. However, on certain projects, we lack your physical presence and there are chances that the quality of the communication can create wrong expectations. For any reason, if you don’t feel that we’re a fit for your project, we’ll issue a full refund for each step of the service that didn’t get previously approved by you. However, we do have the right to work on one revision to try meet your expectations and vision.
